Tequila Sour Sparkler

Happy Cocktail Thursday everyone! Tacos and queso are on the menu this week and let’s be honest, is there anything better? But obviously you can’t have tacos without a margarita and I have the most delicious one for you! This margarita pairs perfectly with my Cauliflower Tacos and Chipotle Pork White Queso. This cocktail is a hybrid of a skinny margarita and a sour cocktail. I personally am not a fan of really sweet cocktails so when I make a margarita I like it to be fresh and crisp with a little bit of sweetness and this tequila sparkler is just that. The soda water cuts the tart sweetness of the citrus and adds a little bit of bubble at the same time. Warning: this cocktail will sneak up on you… there is a lot of tequila in this and you really can’t taste it. And you know what they say about tequila… enjoy!
