Spicy Cucumber Margarita

The weather is warming up and, to me, there’s nothing better than a cold margarita on a hot day. When it comes to margaritas, and cocktails in general, I prefer mine balanced, not too sweet or tart. So, I’m always experimenting with flavors that provide me with a clean and crisp cocktail.

A spicy cucumber margarita isn’t anything ground breaking. These flavors pair together so well and there are so many variations of these flavors. However, when making this, I didn’t have the traditional jalapeño that I would usually use but what I did have was a Serrano chili pepper so I decided to give it a try. It was SO good! SUPER spicy so tread lightly but I strongly encourage giving it a try. This margarita is a perfect balance of sweet, fresh, tart, and spicy. It’s a must try!
