Spicy Pimento Cheese Dip

If you’re looking for an easy summer time dip that will have all your guests raving, look no further. My spicy pimento cheese dip is so easy and incredibly addicting. Serve it with potato chips, veggies, add it to a burger or slather you'r bagel with it. I promise you, no matter how you chose to eat it, you won’t be disappointed!

Entertaining tips:

  1. Pimento cheese gets better as the flavors come together so make it the day before you want to enjoy it for that much more flavor. It will last up to 5 days in the fridge in an airtight container.

  2. Make any of these along side for the perfect entertaining menu.

Recipe

Serves 6-10

Ingredients:

8 oz room temperature cream cheese

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 4 oz jars of pimento peppers, chopped

2 jalapeno, finely chopped

2 cups thick shredded sharp cheddar

2 cups fine shredded medium cheddar

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

TO MAKE:

  1. Add cream cheese and mayonnaise to a large bowl and stir to combine.

  2. Add cheese, peppers, and cayenne into cream cheese mixture and fold in until combined.

  3. Transfer to air tight container and store in the frigde for at least 1 hour and up to 5 days.

  4. Serve cold and enjoy!
