No Yeast Pizza Dough

As you guys have learned by now, I love pizza! I either make it or order it to-go once a week. However, my go to pizza dough recipe requires yeast and, while most things are available again, I still can’t find yeast. So, I decided I needed to create a pizza dough recipe that doesn’t require yeast but is just as good. Success, this is it! This pizza dough is so good! And, it’s so easy! It takes 5 minutes to come together and there is no rise time. It also freezes well so you can double the batch and always have homemade dough on hand.

If you’re like me and make homemade pizzas fairly frequently then you need to get a pizza stone. It’s a game changer when it comes to homemade pizzas. However, if you don’t have a pizza stone, I have learned that preheating a baking sheet works well too. The key is to put the pizza on a pre-heated surface to really crips up the crust.

Regardless of your preferred cooking method you have to try this dough. Whether you have yeast or not, it’s a super simple and quick way to get your pizza fix.

1/2 tsp sea salt

To make:

Place baking sheet or pizza stone in oven and preheat oven to 500 degrees

Remove dough from bowl and place on a lightly floured surface. Knead dough until it comes together, this should just take a minute or so. If the dough is sticky, add more flour as needed.

Once the dough comes together form into a ball and let rest for 10 minutes. If you freeze the dough for later, let the dough come to room temp before using.

Using a rolling pin or your hands, roll out/pull the dough into a flat circle, about 10” in diameter.
