Honey Chipotle Meatballs

I’ve been making a version of this recipe for years. It’s one of my husbands favorite things that I make which is a bonus for me because it’s super simple! Pair these meatballs with some creamy potatoes, polenta, or crusty bread and you have a crave worthy meal. The balance of sweet, spicy, and savory make these the perfect bites and the best way to warm up on a cold day.

Entertaining tips:

  1. Make the sauce up to 3 days in advance and store in the refrigerator. When you’re ready to serve, re-heat on the stove and add the meatballs.
