Spicy Pear Mule
Most the time I steer clear of vodka. If a cocktail I see on a menu sounds good, I usually ask the bartender to switch it out for anything but vodka. Let’s just say I had my fun with vodka in my younger days ;) If I have to pick a vodka drink though, it’s going to be a Moscow mule. I love the slight sweetness and the spice of the ginger. The key is fresh ginger and good quality ginger beer. So, to keep with the fall theme, I updated classic Moscow Mule with pear. This drink is super simple and full of flavor.
