Homemade Garlic Bread
Bread makes everything better, right? Especially crusty, chewy, buttery, garlicky, bread. If I’m having a bowl of pasta, specifically with red sauce, garlic bread is a must. That is the true definition of a comfort meal to me. This recipe is so SO easy and incredibly good. Make it with my Truffle Vodka Sauce for a perfect meal at home.
Entertaining tips:
To make ahead, complete all the steps up to putting the bread in the oven. Cover bread with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 day before baking and serving.

Recipe:serves 4-6
Ingredients:
1 French or Italian Baguette
1 stick of salted butter, at room temp
1/2 Tbsp dried oregano
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add butter, oregano, garlic, cheese, and parsley in a small bowl. Stir to combine and set aside.
Slice baguette into pieces of toast at an angle. For crispier toast, slice 3/4” thick. For chewier toast, slice 1 1/2” thick
Spread each piece of bread with a liberal amount of garlic butter.
Bake for 10-13 minutes, or until the edges of the toast are golden.
Serve warm and enjoy.
