Garlic, Rosemary, and Lemon Olives
Castelvetrano olives are my favorite olives. I’m not an olive lover so I find these to have a more mild flavor. These olives are delicious on their own but this recipe allows the olives to stand on their own. These are perfect to pair with a cocktail and, even better, on a charcuterie board. This recipe is so easy and with only 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to whip together, you can always have the ingredients on hand for that last minute guest.
Entertaining Tip:
Make these up to a week ahead and store in an air tight container in the refrigerator. Remove 1 hour before serving to bring to room temperature.
