Burrata with Fried Serrano Peppers and Honey

Burrata and warm, crusty bread is truly one of my favorite things to eat. Really any cheese and warm bread, but I love experimenting with different flavors paired with burrata. Burrata is creamy and mild which allows it to pair well with pretty much everything! To be honest, this dish sort of happened by mistake. I ordered shishito peppers on instacart but received Serrano peppers instead which are MUCH more spicy. So, I had to pivot a bit and the result is delicious! The combination of the creamy burrata, spicy peppers, and sweet honey is truly so so good! Spread it on warm bread and I guarantee you will devour it all.
