Rosemary Vodka Soda

I’m not a vodka person so as you may have noticed, I don’t make a lot of cocktails with vodka. However, when testing cocktails for this menu I knew I needed something light and crisp. Something that doesn’t overpower all the delicious things going on in this menu. To my surprise, I found vodka soda was the perfect match, but of course, I have to add a twist.

Entertaining Tips:

  1. Make the rosemary simple syrup at least one day ahead. Store in refrigerator in an air tight container.

  2. The simple syrup lasts in the fridge for up to 3 months so keep this one on hand. It’s a great way to start building your simple syrup collection which makes for easy cocktails with a lot of flavor.
